dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze and describe the management of character education in early childhood. The implemented in PAUD kreartif
salsabila. Where character education in early childhood is fundamental and strategic in planting the value values needed in growing and
developing children. Character education in early childhood education is developed through knowledge, knowing, acting and habit. From
here needed good management, sehngga character education at early child can touch three education aspect. This research type is
qualitative descriptive with principal data source, educator and education staff and parent learners by using observation, interview,
documentation. Analyzed with descriptive Hubberment anatis (display, verification and conclution). The results of research are; the first
in the making of character education planning in the learners involving the Foundation, PAUD head, educators and education personnel
who then poured in the form of kurikuum documents, the second implementation of the program. Implementation involves all elements in
PAUD institutions, namely principals, educators and educators, security guards, cleaning personnel, and canteen managers and parents of
learners. Third organizing, in conducting character education principals determine and share tasks to educators and educators. the
appraisal instrument through the outcome format of the development out.
