As one of the international languages, English has four skills that have lo be mastered; one of them is speaking skill. Speaking skill is not only learned and mastered by English students. In IAIN Samarinda, Non-English students are given Public Speaking subject. They are the students of International Class Program (KKI). The objective of the research is to know the students speaking achievement in International Class (KKI) at Fourth Semester of IAIN Samarinda.
This research uses descriptive quantitative. The main instrument is test. The technique of collecting data is by using speaking test. The data analysis techniques use speaking ability and mean formula. The speaking test consists of 24 items. The speaking test has been given to the students of International Class Program (KKI) at fourth semester of IAIN Samarinda that consists of 16 students
Based on the data analysis, it showed that the average score of students speaking is 67 of 100 It can be concluded that students' speaking achievement of International Class Program at fourth semester is "good" category h means that, they can speak with the clear pronunciation, good grammar mastery, and proper comprehension Yet, their fluency is shill rather halting because of their limited vocabularies
