A systematic review of 30 selected articles in the last decade was conducted to understand how Quality-Based Education Management (MPBM) is transforming in the digital era. The results of the study show that the integration of technology such as Learning Management System (LMS), quality information systems, and digital dashboards strengthens the principle of Total Quality Management (TQM), although its application is still limited by the low digital literacy of educators, the absence of standard digital quality indicators, and infrastructure inequality, especially in the 3T area. These findings underscore the need for the development of standardized digital quality indicators and phased training programs for educators, as well as affirmative policy support for the adoption of digital MPBM to be implemented effectively and equitably.en_US
