PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA (TINJAUAN PERENCANAAN DAN PENGORGANISASIAN PADA MANAJEMEN KINERJA GURU)
Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the planning and organizing of
multimedia-based teacher performance management at the Islamic Senior High School
Terpadu Daarul Hikmah Boarding School Bontang. This research uses descriptive
qualitative research, the approach in this research is a case study approach, with a focus
on performance management which includes planning and organizing functions in
performance management. Data collection techniques are interviews, data analysis
techniques use the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data presentation, data
condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the first;
Planning (planning) makes school programs to improve the learning process through
IT-based learning and add infrastructure, especially the fulfillment of IT and internet
networks. Second; Organizing regulates and determines program managers, participants
who will be involved in the program and in what areas the program will be implemented.
